Runologie Track Club will take the trip up north to take the Roads of Richmond by storm in the 8k, Half, and Full.
Runologie Track Club will gear its fall training to the Richmond 8K, Full, and Half Marathon. To join, sign up for Runologie Track Club and fill out the form once you join! The training is a 12-week program starting September 1st all the way to November 16th.

The $125 membership fee lasts 12 months from when you sign up for the program! The training (running and lifting) continues past the program and goes all year round with different training focuses in the spring and summer!
No! The goal of the training plan is to get you ready to crush your goals. Whether that is your first half/full marathon or a Boston qualifier, we’ll be here to help you achieve what you’re after!
With the races being longer distances, mileage increases will be encouraged but not forced! Most of the focus will be on building comfort at race pace. The training each week will have a “speed” workout, a secondary optional workout (to be done on own time), Saturday Long runs to work on race pace and get comfortable running a bit longer.
