No One Turned Away

This past Thanksgiving Runologie concluded its second ever Trophy Trot 10K and biggest race to date. It was a celebration of running with friends and family before a day of consuming what would certainly be too much food and drink for most of us. But behind the race was a bigger story, the story of Healing Transitions, a recovery center that sits at the start/finish line of the race.

We’ve written extensively about the power of what Healing Transitions, a recovery center in the heart of downtown Raleigh, is doing in our community. You can read the piece here.

No one is turned away + just $37 helps a person through one day of recovery. It’s an incredible thing that helps people out of recovery, the community and the economy.
